Costanera, El Rosario (Tenerife) – Coastal promenade, hillside homes & Atlantic views

Between Radazul and Boca Cangrejo on Tenerife’s southeast coast, Costanera spreads over volcanic slopes facing the Atlantic. The neighborhood is known for its stepped villas, bright façades and a cliff-edge promenade with wide outlooks over the ocean. Access to Costanera is signed from TF-1 and marked again at the neighborhood entrance.

Plan your visit

Reach Costanera via the TF-1 exits for Radazul/Candelaria and follow local roads downhill. Parking is usually available on the residential streets, though the terrain is steep. For swimming, nearby options include Playa de la Nea and the bathing platforms at Radazul; Boca Cangrejo’s natural pools are a short drive away.
